HBROS....Total reap off and ****

Its been more than a year having installed a HBros prepaid metre, my tenant uses gas appliances mostly so she only buys R100 electricity monthly but for the entire year nothing is refunded by HBros, its same as I am actually working for them because my tenant uses electricity that I have to buy but I dont get any refund from Hbros they are taking money monthly..totally not worth having I'm searching for legal aid around this, I want my refund and in certainly removing your metre.

I did contact them via email but they ignored my email.
