BIG ****!!!⚠️

They have the “we will show you who’s boss attitude”. I had a few meterboxes registered with them and they never paid on time and sometimes would not pay and claim that the meterboxes were inactive even though I always had proof that the meterboxes were purchasing electricity without any fault. Every time they said that I would request a statement from them to prove what they are claiming and they would come up with excuses that their system is being upgraded and cannot produce any statement at the moment. Their staff is very rude and will hang up on you and even go as far as blocking you from their communication channels. This company ticks all the boxes of a ****, my rental business really struggled because of their shenanigans. They are definitely a BIG ****!!!!
