Ordered over a week and a half ago, still no delivery

I ordered a product from minoxidil.co.za, which is a website owned and I assume operated by HBC Solutions. I had to email them several times before they confirmed that my payment had been received, and it was only the next week that I received a receipt for my payment, stating that they would now begin shipping my ordered product.

Then they told me that my order was not in stock. They hadn't made this clear for the particular product I had ordered, so they had to get new stock, and they said they'd deliver it by the end of the week, which came and went, no delivery.

We're now coming up on two weeks, no communication, no delivery, and I sit here thinking, did I just waste near a thousand rand?

HBC Solutions was better when they had ordered handled and delivered by bidorbuy or takealot, but on their own, I'm not sure they can cope with the supply or the demand.
