Bad service

I took my p t cruiser to h b willy for repairs, after numerous calls and un answered calls my car was left on the side walk, I hear and was impounded. Not a call or anything of Mark the owner of Hb Willys. Today I had to pay r9300 to get my car out of the pound. To crown it all, I called him this morning about my keys and battery, he was arrogant and told me he can't find my keys but he will give me a battery.
