Say no to NoNo hair removers

I purchased a NoNo device which failed to remove hair as advertised and the tips used which are meant to last for 2-3 months of use barely survived 4 uses. I returned the product as it would not work and was told the tips need replacing. When I informed Petro I had only used the tips 4 times she insisted that it lasts 2-3 months and since purchase was done in April all was in order even though I informed her that I was away for work and abroad and had only started using device in June and it failed to work by 29 June. She referred me to the CPA and when I quoted her relevant passages suddenly it was company terms and conditions
