Disappointed

Our first visit was great but, we had a horrible experience this time. The only thing that was a highlight was service from Collin and concierge, their service was excellent . Wi-Fi was down, there was no network. More than 24 hours of no connectivity can be frustrating.The tv wasn’t working. We couldn’t use our bathroom because of a wasp (they kindly offered us another room though). The water was cold (even after being fixed), the gentleman left the floor wet. The chef was miserable. I heard her complaining about the shift and making too many omelettes. No sympathy from reception even after complaining. Maybe they need team building, staff morale seems low. We certainly won’t be coming back.
