Hazyview Cabanas disappointment: The Holiday Club

The rudeness is on another level, especially from a person at reception who should have people s****s.

You buy food for your stay, the fridge is not working, you phone reception, then personally go there & still no one comes to sort out the issue.

The manger shouts, points in people's faces when she should be speaking normally? She should not deal with customers.

The cleaner also has a bad attitude, banging things as she's cleaning, you have to go sit outside & shut the door because no one can handle that type of noise. Then things "disappear" in your unit when she's done. Absolute ******* that no one sorts out.

Hazyview Cabanas is not a place people should ever consider visiting.
