False advertising and shocking service
False advertising at its best! Booked a 3 bedroom unit for my family, walking into the unit all you smelled was sewerage (thinking it came from the one broken toilet. This made it unliveable, but over and above that the wifi did not work, the dstv did not work, and the unit was run down and does not look like the pictures on the website. The online complaints system is a joke, as they I sent 3 complaints and no one came back to me. I checked out after one night, and after 3 weeks Beekmans Holidays comes back and offers me 10% discount on my next trip, laughable.

29 Jul 2022, 15:44After this review, the lady calls me and says she is surprised about the review as the query is still open. They have now (3 weeks later) escalated to the resort, and they will get back to me.
Now, 3 days later, still nothing. Do not book holidays through this company, you will regret it!
