Horrible service by Hazyview Cabana

Horrible horrible place to stay, paid for a cabana with a jacuzzi and the tv bathroom lights and patio lights where the jacuzzi is aren’t working, currently here 18 August 2023. Asked for these to be repaired is 21:41 noting is happening and the maintenance guy is counting other rooms where these are known not to be working, so why did they take such a premium money knowimg they can’t deliver, that is *******. Completely appalled
