Dishonest and ************* -We Feel ****med, **** To, and Completely Let Down

Over a month ago, we placed and fully paid for an order with Hazel's Decor, owned by Erika Frans, trusting her based on a recommendation and her claims of years of experience in curtain making in Pinnacle Point.

Big mistake!

To this day, we have received nothing. Just over a month of excuses, lies, and false promises from her. She assured us multiple times that the curtains would be delivered by the 23rd of June, then “just needs ironing,” then machine breaks down, “final touches,” then “tomorrow,” then another excuse, and another, and another for more than three weeks.

Today the truth finally came out—no curtains were ever made. Nothing exists.

We feel completely ****med and manipulated. She strung us along for weeks with zero intention of delivering anything. This isn’t just bad service, it’s dishonest and *********. We trusted her and gave her the benefit of the doubt far too many times. Shocking how easily she lies. Do not do business with this woman. She is not only unprofessional, but a ****mer. Avoid at all costs. You’ll lose money, your time, and your patience.
