Hazeldean Centre Management refuse to pay back dep

Silverstar DVD rented, previously Laser Video 24 from Hazeldean Square Management a shop for DVD rental. After revamping the shop we were instructed that we must move out. No problem and that is what we did. But now for months they have been dragging their feet and refuse to refund our deposit. They are now waiting for Head Office and then this and that..... now our problem !.
