This actually zero rated because we were ****med by this company. All requested money was paid including breakage fee but no reservation was made. We arrived in Shakas Kraal and we were stranded on the road. All they kept saying was we are working on finding you another accommodation as there seems to ka e been a double booking. Few hours later they were unreachable. In the evening they started saying they will refund, which never happened. It's obvious we were ****med
