Shocking!!!!

<p>Hayward Diamonds I am shocked at the poor quality and service!!!! I came in late December to get my wedding resized, but we saw the most beautiful ring in the catalogue there which was prices at R10 000. The lady showed me one in person and it was beautiful. She said that they had just sold the last one, but I could have mine melted and set the same as that one for R10 000 and using the white gold and diamonds from my original ring just adding in the BIG middle diamond. We paid the full amount. We were told there would be 2-3 weeks before I could pick up my ring. My husband went this afternoon to pick it up and I was shocked!!!! You will either refund my full amount and ensure I get the exact same wedding ring that I gave in or you will have to fix this ASAP!!!! It is our 10 year anniversary this year and I have piad thousands for you guys to mess it all up. I will be there first thing in the morning and you better make sure management is there to sort it out. The ring is scew, there is no detail as should be, the diamond is MUCH smaller than what we asked for. ***????????? How is this acceptable?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then when you complain to their facebook page you get blocked and post deleted</p>
