Hayss bad service

I ordered products from Hayss online store on 8 July and until today I still haven't received my delivery. Products costed me R725 in total and now I'm freaked out cause I might have just lost R725. Is it really an existing online store or it's just a ****. They always have a new excuse whenever I chat with them trying to get an update on my order. The online store does not have a working work number where customers can call them. They just have some chat box on their website where they can decide to ignore messages whenever they feel like it. If you know what's good for you, do not order from here. If you have ordered already, goodluck to US.
