About a Month and a half ago I took my car for brake service at Hay Hoe Motors and explained to Glen that I have no other means of transport thus I need a car by no later than 5 pm, mid day Glen phones me and say the car might not be ready on the day because my rear breaks have something that does not wanna open, they need to press it by some machines from some engineer, and to take it there would cost me R2000.00 more than what he charged me already. unbudgeted for but I tried my best to come up with that money. <br> <br> Today I took my car for Major Service at Car time and they performed a 120 point check on my car from which they picked some faults including rear brakes that are finished to just metal plates, no brakes at all after paying so much for Hay Hoe.<br> <br> When I came to collect my car, Glen was just too busy to attend me after that he locked the gates while I was waiting for my car and mind you I had already paid for my invoice. I waited almost an hour for the vehicle upon getting fad up I went around the back the gate are locked with my car inside. I had to go around the car wash and there my car was parked in the back.<br> <br> poor service and congrats you ripped me off.
