unauthorized billing

I got a call last week from this havendeal offering discount and I told them am not interested, this morning when I wake up I found a message with a debit order of R270 by havendeal and I don't remember giving them my banking details.I am going to sue this company for using my personal details/information without my permission. is there any law that can protect us from this people or should we keep our money under our beds cause clearly it's not safe in the bank anyone can take it while you are sleeping.
