BAD SERVICE- ****

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience for me. I purchased a couch in December 2022, only to receive something that was not at all what I had ordered. The advertising for this product was clearly misleading, and I immediately reached out to Elvis to request a refund. Despite his initial promise to remake the couch and deliver it the following week, he never followed through. I made numerous attempts to contact him over the following weeks and months, but he never responded. Eventually, I went to his store in person (more than twice) to try and resolve the issue, but was met with nothing but excuses and false promises. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, I was only offered 50% of my money back, which I found to be completely unreasonable, as it was not my fault that he made the wrong couch. To cut the long story of Elvis's lies short, it is now March 2023, and I still have not received the couch I ordered. In my opinion, Elvis is dishonest and **********, and the quality of his work is extremely poor. Additionally, his website is filled with false advertising. Overall, this has been a huge disappointment and I strongly believe that his store should shut down and never operate again! BAD SERVICE!! ****!!!
