Disrespectful ****** obnoxious behavior!!

<p>Good Morning , on Saturday the 29th July 2017 my bf and i and a few and another couple chose to have dinner at HAVANA GRILL at Suncoast.</p> <p> </p> <p>we ordered a platter for 2 with an additional platter of king prawns. our food arrived at 10:00. The food was horrible the Cray Fish was over cooked and the Prawns was not cooked at all, it was raw like mash. we then complained to a waiter who took the prawns back for recooking, she deshelled the prawns and brought us back the deshelled prawns on a side plate. no sauce even added. the entire platter of food was disgusting.</p> <p>we complained to one of the managers who was not helpful at all. instead he said that we couldnt afford the foof that is why we complaining. there was 3 managers on duty who screamed us threatened to throw us out the restaurant. the waiters was abusive ****** and disrespectful. we still paid the bill of R1000.00 without even eating the food.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been to much fancier restaurants but never in my life have i experienced this kind of service. The managers was not even apologetic.</p> <p>this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. No individual should be treated this way because of his race or color.</p> <p> </p> <p>havana grill been a 5 star dinning place should have a manner in which to deal with customers who are unhappy. a customer is always right.</p> <p> </p>
