Quality of parts used

Good day

My name is Lindi - I have a huge problem with service received in Haval Westrand.

In December I took the car in as I needed to have my brakes replaced - they said I also needed to replace the brake disc- and I gladly gave the go ahead paid just over 8k.

In February the brakes started making a noise(the same brake pads and disc that they put in) and I took it back as I mean it was 2 months in - and they said no they were fine they just needed to be cleaned…. Already at that point I was questioning the quality of the brakes and disc thy put into the car.

Today I dropped my car in for a 45000km service, they called, and I apparently need to replace the brakes and discs AGAIN!!!!!!! I have been driving for 15 years and have never had this issue (since the service manager is telling me about driving styles)….. I am the only one driving this car - there is absolutely no way that they put original brake pads and discs!!

Its either they are taking advantage of me as I am a woman going in alone and know nothing about cars or they are just not using new things when we take our cars in.

I am not happy at all - and the guy is RUDE!!!!
