Unhappy Customer

My car has been showing the tyre pressure signal on dash then I went to Haval Westgate for assitance as is the place I always service my car. However, I was told my car will be booked for 2 to 3 days, so i didn't take it to them, then I went to Haval Kempton park and they said my car will be booked for just one day, and when I called Haval Westrand to understand the reason why they want to book the car for 2 to 3days I didn't get any answers nor a call back from them.
