Haval Tzaneen - What a mess

After booking my H6 for a towbar fit a few days in advance, i was told to bring my vehicle in at 7 on a monday morning. According to them a fitment takes about 3 hours. Vehicle was submitted at 7(first vehicle of the day) , i was told at 11 that vehicle is still not in for fitment and that they will hurry up. I only receive my vehicle after 4pm. How on earth does it take 9 hours to fit a towbar... Shame on you for your lack of professionalism and dragging the name of Haval down.
