Terrible customer service

The worst customer service I have received. We sold our car to you on Wednesday and gave it to you before payment was made. Payment was promised on Thursday at 4pm. We had to follow up many times from yesterday for us to be told it will be paid today and proof to be sent thereof. No one contacted us back to Inform us at what time the money was paid today. Please learn customer service or rather common decency. You had no problem following up on us to sell the car to you but when payment was meant to made, complete silence.
