Poor after sales service from CMH Silverlakes

I saw an add on a GWM Pseries and immediedietely responded to a few adds. Within minutes I received a call from the CHM Silverlakes Sales Manager.

Everything goes well until the vehicle is purchased. My experience relates to terrible after sales service.

I am now looking at trading the vehicle to purchase one of the other brands. The vehicle is actually decent, but my experience after purchasing has been less than desireable.

They failed to mention damage on the rear bumper and under the vehicle and reminded me I was buying a used vehicle, when I highlighted it. They did eventually fix it, but also their way.

The spanners and jack was delivered weeks after purchase and I am still waiting for the fire extinguisher and the service book. When I reminded them I was told they emailed me to collect it, as it is in the sales managers office.

Emails does not get answered or eventually when they feel like it. Service is definitely not acceptable and I received better at various other dealerships.

Buying this Pseries is probably my greatest regret in 2023. I hope to get a decent offer as a trade.
