Zero after sales service at Haval SA.

If you I could give negative stars I would. The worst service ever. Been trying to sort out a rust claim on a GWM P Series, which are full of rust in less than 2 years after purchase at the time of first contact in November 2023. Multiple emails and phone calls and still no resolution more than 9 months later and driving 2 000km back and forth getting the vehicle to panelshops for quotes. Only response I get from them is that they did not forget about me and are working on the matter on a weekly basis whereby they are now just ignoring emails and do not answer phone calls. First quote was for R30k to do dry ice blasting which they said was too expensive which was April 2024, seems like this matter will not be resolved. Stay away from Haval/GMW.
