Worst Service
Long story of my Haval H9 2020 I Bought in Nov 2023.
My Haval started giving problems Mid Jan 2024. My first communication to Haval SA was 6th of Feb. In between Jan 2024 and 25th of March My car was in and out of the dealership with issues. My car's management light went on and oil was empty. My car was with Haval Kempton 25th March and I received the car back on the 22nd of May , They replaced the turbo said that was the issue why the car was using oil.
On the 30th of May I needed to take my car back once again the oil was Half , They topped up the oil with 400ml of oil. 17th Of June my management light came on once again , they came to fetch the vehicle on the 18th of June.
Between Nissan Centurion( Where I bought the car) and Haval Kempton ( Haval SA) they wasting my time and money , and not repairing/replacing the vehicle as should, and no communication, when you call them, they have issues with the phones and will call back, no reply on emails, nor no call back.
Today The 21 June 2024 I'm still without an proper answer about my car, what I still need to pay , but that they don't worry about.
I will never in my life refer anyone to buy a Haval. The service from Haval Dealerships in Centurion and Kempton are the worst, Mostly the customer service from Haval South Africa.
We have been asking for Reports on the Engine and Gearbox and only delays, and no reports has been given up to date,
This must have been the worse service and communication I had in my life .
