Warranty not what it should be

I just purchased an H6 that seemingly had a great warranty plan. I felt the brakes was shuddering after the 1st week (400km) and after taking it to a dealer near me (Haval Woodmead), I was told that the parts would be replaced as soon as the warranty claim has been done, it would take 7-10 working days to get approval.

It is absolutely rediculous for a part to be raplced and wait this long, secondly it is an safety issue and only after the approval gets done the part will get shipped. This is 2023 and systems should be in place to get approval within the hour. The company might be growing, but this type of service would be their downfall in the next five years if this is not addressed asap. All other manufacturers will get the job done if it is under warranty no questions asked.

I really wanted to love this car, but after this incident in the first week I would not recommend buying this brand to anyone until this issue has been addressed in South Africa.

The warranty actually means nothing.
