VERY POOR SERVICE

Thanks Haval for still processing a parts order that should have been here last week. It is also very unprofessional not to respond to emails or calls from the parts manager at CMH Silverlakes. And not answering calls to from me are even more unprofessional. Unfortunately I drive a Haval. Great car but your service really sucks.
