Unhappy Haval H2 Driver

We bought a brand new H2 City from haval Klerksdorp, with only 31000 km on the clock, the dash is pulling apart. We sent 2 emails and no luck. The rustenburg dealer said that they can not replace it because the car was bought in 2021. This is bull****! Not only that, the car goes into limp mode, when we complained they said that it does not show on the system!!!
