Unhappy customer

I bought Hawal H2 brand new in 2021 , recently my car just overheat and I was maintaining my car , I pull of the road luckily I was near to the garage the water mix with the oil ,when the insurance tow my car to Hawal the other lady also had the same problem, why we paying so much money for such common cars it's been 3 weeks I'm just getting long stories from Hawal ,I'm so stranded I don't have any means of transport,Im really dissapointed the service is pathetic
