******* that doesn't properly service cars to generate future revenue

I have taken a vehicle there for service and they took short cuts by not charging gearbox oil as per service schedule, when I enquired they said it's life time oil which is utterly ridiculous nonsense. Automatic gearbox oils has service intervals, they are ****** as after sometime gearbox is going to seize due to non service or not being serviced and they are going to charge one arm and a leg. This kind of thievery can not be accepted.
