Take responsibility for your mistakes

I had a planned trip to collect my children from Venda before school opens and decided to use my mothers H6. The car gave her an issue on Wednesday and was taken in to Haval Alberton where they said the issue is the battery and changed it and said it was safe to go. We had a breakdown ( warning lights from spanner, brakes, engine and messages in Chinese and the steering wheel locked) we called Haval roadside assistance. The guy came fast and was super friendly, towed us to Haval Bela bela where the car was checked and they said the battery was a problem. I told them we just got a new battery literally same morning. They changed it and said we are good to go. Car died again in a more dramatic fashion this time (the radio switched off and we pulled over to the yellow line from the fast lane and it switched totally off) about 30km outside Polokwane. We tried Haval roadside assistance and there was no answer, so we called AA. What a disaster we ended up waiting for more than 2 hours in the dark, with an open window (it was cold and rainy), without any hazard lights( dead brand new battery). We eventually got towed to Haval Polokwane around 22h30.Called Haval Polokwane Saturday morning, they tell me no courtesy car, car will be Monday or Tuesday and I'll have to come collect the car from there. When I tell them I've been to 2 different Haval dealerships with the same problem they tell me that its not their fault. I call Alberton since they were the first to see the car and they tell me that its not their fault that the car has a lot electronics and that their machine misdiagnosed the problem I must take it up with Haval SA. Haval SA is telling me that their policies do cater for the fact that 2 of their dealerships made what could have been a fatal mistake because their cars have a lot of electronics and the third is saying they found the problem but I might have to wait 8 weeks for the car then I must come and pick it up. Not only did I have to organize accommodation and a car ( no rentals were available in PLK) to go continue my trip, will have no car for maybe 8 weeks and will have to make a plan to collect it. Haval SA says they are not responsible even though they failed to find the problem not once but twice and I must bare all the costs for their mistakes
