Stole from me

Hi I took my Haval to N1 city for warranty claim f9r my broken keys then I met Melvin Riley who told me i must pay 1500 cash which i did they then booked the key out under warranty but pocketed my cash i My key is still broken. Im still waiting for him to call me back n Werner the service manager who told me that he'll get to the bottom of this its 8 months Melvin still work there ....3 keys later 1500 shorter
