Service plan

I bought my haval h1 in 2018 at the haval bosburg ,it was brand new I was told it comes with a 60000km service plan .My car on 59000 kilos ,I called them to book it in for a 60000 kilometres service ,I'm told I will have to pay cash since it is covered up to 45000 kilometers .I did not budget for it because I know it is covered .When I call the head office no one comes with a clear answer .
