Service Denied - Service Plan

I was denied my service plan... expired 26/12/2021 which is 10days ago.... Was told its a 3 year service i tried booking December and was no space and now i forferteid that

Very unreasonable.... dont buy HAVAL... my first one and definitely my last and will discourage everyone i come across not to buy haval....
