Rust on new Haval Jolion and other defects

Rust issues on a brand new 2023 Haval jolion. Haval SA and Haval Fourways refuse to give us the replacement vehicle that was promised to us. It's four months of dragging their feet and running up and down. Who wants to buy a new car and find rust underneath and I mean lots of rust and have a problem to remove a Tyre or that a new car is not properly painted.... we want our new car. There's lack of feedback all round. There are purposed delays and we are in the dark.
