Poor service received from Haval Edenvale

We reported that we eperiencing issues with our H2 Luxury Haval we bought from Edenvale Haval around October / November 2023 and to date we have not heard a thing from them. The issue complained of was that the rear right tyre sensor is malfunctioning and were told that an order will be made for the part or sensor in question , now all four wheel's sensors are not dead and no one has made any contact with us. I also lodged a complaint on their head office webside and still no response came forward. I came to understand that this is their level of service since the owner or manager does not care to address customers complaint and they only interested in cashing our monies. We bought this vehicle in 2019 , cash and it is still under warranty, as at the time we reported. Based on the level of service we received , i would not buy another vehicle from them nor recommend the business to anyone.
