Poor service delivery

We had to wait more than a month for a Jolion now the is here, got a bumped from rear by the taxi driver now I have to wait for two months for parts, poor and unrealistic, ********* and unreliable source of information from their call center by the name Naledi Moloantoa, who seems to be lost and clueless with what its happening within the company. Haval brand is a good brand but honestly after this hustle with the company will never buy or comes near its door ever again, not even try to recommend anyone to buy this product. I give red star for danger and poor service delivery.
