POOR SERVICE

My Haval H2 broke down in Belfast on Saturday the 16th of December 2023. I contacted the emergency number and was assisted within 2 hours - they took the vehicle back to Haval in Middelburg. The service was great until then. Now they can not assist me with a car to use while my vehicle is in for repairs - even though the vehicle still under warranty. They also stated that they will attend to my vehicle as soon as they have an available slot. This could only be next year as the sound of it, in the meantime I will be left without any transport.
