Poor customer care service from GWM SA

I have received such poor service from Haval/GWM SA customer care. After being asked to send my concerns through for investigation on my dissatisfaction regarding an ongoing issue with my P SERIES. I have been struggling for the last 9 months with an ongoing problem. It seems as if the customers just aren't that important to GWM SA. I have emailed the customer care several times regarding the matter. I have not had one email returned. This is just plain poor service!!!! Concider wisely before purchasing the brand. Something has to change if they want the SA market support.
