Poor and pathetic service delivery Haval SA

I purchased Haval H6 2019 parts at Haval Milnerton on the 19-2-2025 and was told that it was going to take 3 to 5 working days for the parts to arrive, I only received some parts, but until today I am still waiting for a front left shock, and every time when I make enquiries, the only answer I get is the ETA which goes from Mondays to Fridays. This is very pathetic customer service. I fail to understand, if Haval SA can struggle to order parts from the source? They must just declare that they are unable to assist customers on certain parts of Haval. How long does it take for parts to be shipped from abroad? For a simple demonstration it takes Temu 5 to 7 days of your purchase for your items to be shipped in SA where you are notified on time to pay SARS at the custom.

With automobile parts its a mission.

It is fair when you are told on a specific time frame as to what is happening with your order.

Haval SA is pathetic on delivering the service.
