poor after sales service
1. I am the owner of a 2019 Haval H2 with 12 200 km on the clock. 2. My vehicle was service in June 2020, awhile after the service I noticed there is a small “crack” at the cup holder part next to the handbrake. 3. I then took the vehicle back to the dealer where it was serviced, the manager there told me it could be possibly due to the handbrake, he then requested that I bring the vehicle in for a day so that they can investigate and take pictures to forward to head office. 4. On the 2nd of October I could schedule for the vehicle to go to the Gezina branch as requested. 5. Sadly the dealer informed me afterwards that Haval Head office declined the request to replace the broken part. 6. The dealer took the complete thing apart and I received my vehicle back in a poor condition from a small crack to a complete dilapidated cup holder section. The damage is definitely not due to recklessness of negligent on my side. 7. I forwarded the complaint to Haval SA and receive the following feedback: Conformation from China that the claim has been declined and the repairs will be for your account. I definitely don’t think the repair should be on my account. 8. This is extremely poor service delivery and aftercare service from Haval. I referred numerous family and friends to Haval as it is good value for money but after this incident I am so dissatisfied.
