Your service manager hung up on my wife mid-call, said he’d call back — 4 HOURS LATER and NOTHING. No help. No care. No courtesy car. No driver. No solutions. Just scripted excuses: ❌ “Sorry, we don’t have a driver.” ❌ “Sorry, no courtesy vehicles.” ❌ “Too late to help, it’s already 17:00.”

Do families breaking down not matter anymore? Do customers mean absolutely nothing to you now that Johan’s gone?

I was planning to buy more vehicles from you — not anymore. You’ve officially lost my trust and my business. All talk, zero care. Just another number.
