Noisy HAVAL H2 breaks- Metal on Metal sound when applying breaks

I bought a Haval H2 in November 2018, brand new. I was so excited less then 10000km my breaks started making funny noises like its steel against steel. During the 15000km service I informed them to check the breaks, I was told that the breaks are at 50%, there's no need to change the breaks.

After few months I took the car to the Rosettenville car dealer for them to check the breaks again...They greased it but just a few kilometers from the dealership the grinding sound was back. I phoned Haval SA and they couldn't assist me. It's almost as if I'm making up the lies about the sound.

The dealership where I bought the car in the Westrand confirmed that's it's not first complaint about the H2 breaks making the metal on metal sound when applying breaks. The manager said he reported it to Haval SA. To date no one has called me to find out if my problem was taken car of. Everyday I'm driving my new car sounding like an old car. I was told by one of the consultants at HavalSA that the metal on metal sound when applying breaks is part of the specifications of the Haval H2...I was shocked that it was never mentioned in any book that die noisy breaks are part of the specifications of the H2.

I need help please...Its not a good sound!!
