No after service

What a disappointing turn of events. I fell in love with the Haval H1 and I then went ahead to purchase the little car. My first Brand New vehicle. I discover a rattle in the dash that soon drove me close to insanity! The vehicle has now been in to Edenvale Haval 4 times and it still rattles. I contacted head office... Only to be informed that the rattle doesn't fall under the warranty of the vehicle and that the dealer has to sort it out (how many times do I have to take the vehicle in to the same place with no results) So to clarify; If you buy a Haval, be ready for minimal after sales service, and crazy rattles in your vehicle. Is this really the kind of service that Haval offers their customers? Please feel free to take your vehicle back, as I no longer want to deal with the rattle and no after sale service from Haval! PLEASE RETHINK BEFORE BUYING A HAVAL
