Must repair new vehicle folds with own money

I wrote to haval a year ago and still struggle to get vehicle fixed As a new owner of haval and after 15000km

First of all, my windows struggle to close on speeds above 110km/h , the door rubbers under the front and back doors let mud and dust through, the gears don't change as smooth as new, the lights dim when slowing down for a stop, my rear window rubbers was damaged on purchase and should have been replaced by now but they do not get spares.

My nearest service agent are 400 km away and they do not allow curtisy cars.

What are my options to fix these problems They wrote back;

Thank you for informing us.

Please inform who your closest dealership or your selling dealer is as we need to make arrangements for them to assist you.

I reply; My problem is that the nearest dealer or service agent are 300 km away ,are they going to fetch the car are give me a curtosy one or not They reply ; All GWM/HAVAL dealers are privately owned. I can unfortunately not give you an answer to your question. Please discuss this with the relevant dealership. My reply; It is haval problem to solve the issues on the car Their reply;

We are the importers and distributors of the GWM/HAVAL brand. We do not retail the vehicles. That is the responsibility of the dealer network. Therefore it is the selling dealer’s responsibility to resolve any issues on your vehicle for you. Now after another 15000 km and still the same problems, and after spending over R6000 just to get vehicl to and from dealerships, and after calling roadsite assistance on last time to come and fetch vehicle to do repairs they call back and tell me the lights problems are because of faulty battery and I must pay for new ons and come to fetch my car from them that's going to cost me another R3500 Very dissatisfied with haval
