Misled when purchasing this vehicle. Say anything to make a sale but after sales service is appalling!

I'm utterly annoyed at Haval Thorpe. When purchasing the vehicle, everything was YES YES YES... Your services are covered, pay extra for entended maintence plan etc etc. They will say anything just to make the sale it seems. But the after sale service? Is appalling! On Friday, they had confirmed my vehicle is booked for the service. When I took it in on Monday, they said everything is expired, including the extended maintenance plan. Everything about them was negative from start to end. Everything was just "No No No". The person in the front desk was so unfriendly. Lola, has zero level of customer service. Both your service consultants said they don't know the number I called to book my service but they had the booking on the system?? The number is on your website! I was given the Managers contact number but after reading all the bad reviews regarding the Manager Derek Peek, makes me wonder if I should waste my time contacting him or give him the benefit of the doubt? This is pathetic, poor service and complete disregard for your loyal customers. I will be sure to stay away from your brand when purchasing my next vehicle. I will definitely be taking this further!
