Manufacturing Problem

Hi I need urgent assistance!! My Passanger P-Series have less than 10000km on the clock and the steering column broke on a straight road for no reason. It was towed to Haval Fourways. It has been 2 weeks without transportation and no assistance with supplying us with transport and slow feedback. Head offers is testing the boulds as this is a factory problem. Why should we be out of pocket with transportation is this is a factory problem. I will be going to the ombitsman and Carte Blanche if we don't get immediate attention. We are conserned about thousands op P-Series drivers as they can be killed or kill other road users if this happens to them too. We feel that with buying a new bakkie we were safe but we almost died. Thank God that we were only traveling 10km p/h and could stop in time before hitting oncoming traffic.

I expect a courtesy vehicle by the end of today while you conduct your investigation.
