Lie and **** you with their extended warranty

I bought a car last year and they made me take an extended mechanical warranty ,this year the car broke down and they have been giving me run a around in terms of claiming for the car to he fixed.Every time you call, the lady C****** claims to be busy or the warranty people will call you to process the claim.The car has been off road for a month plus now.They are ****mers and lie all the time.After they have taken your money they don't deliver or keep their promise.I am loosing financially as the car was bought for business purposes.From the onset when we bought the car,their so called manager **** and did not keep to his side of delivering the car in a condition that he promised he would.
