I bought a used Ford Everest from this dealership over 2 months ago

I bought a used Ford Everest from this dealership over 2 months ago. It was the most pathetic service I have ever experienced. The car was given to me without the roadworthy being done due to the front 2 tyres being completely worn. Furthermore, the car has no service book and this was only told to me after the car came back from the roadworthy. I have been endlessly trying to get the manager of this dealership to call me, to no avail. The cost of the car was R590k which I paid cash for and I still don't have a service book. The consultant who dealt with me simply tells me that this car didn't come with books. His name is Thabiso. He's got no clue what service is all about and neither do anyone else at that dealership. Needless to say, I am still waiting for a manager to call me from this terrible dealership, who in my opinion, should not be selling cars to anyone
