Haval Warranty claim

I bought my Haval H6 in 2018 and never had a problem. The car losses power, miss fires and so I took my vehicle in on 21 February 2020 at Bosch Hatfield to have a look and they have helped me very nicely to figure out that the Ignitions coils need to be replaced. As of today I have been waiting for Haval to approve the warranty for 7 working days that Bosch can order and replace the ignition coils. This is not a major issue and I do not understand why this can take so long. I need my car to do my job and no car I cannot work and I noted this to the branch. They advertise the 100000km / 5 years warranty but why is this such a struggle.
